Due to the inclement weather and the closing of the PAL center, practice will be cancelled for this evening.

Times for Spring Indoor Practice at the PAL Center are as follows:

Grades K-3 will meet from 6pm to 7pm

Grades 4-6 will meet from 7pm to 8pm

Grades 7-8 will meet from 8pm to 9pm

Lacrosse has been cancelled for tonight (Thursday, February 11th) due to the inclement weather.   We will see all who are playing spring lacrosse next Thursday (February 18th)

The Norristown Lacrosse Spring Season is quickly approaching. We will begin indoor practices at the PAL center on Thursday, February 18th.  If you haven’t registered, please do so as soon as possible.  Click on the Spring Registration form to the right, and bring to any of the two final winter sessions or bring it during the first week of Spring practices.    Cost is $90, checks made payable to N.A.Y.L.A.

High school players there is a meeting on 1/8/2010 @ 2:45 to discuss the upcoming season. Off season workouts start Mon. 1/11/2010 Dress appropiately we will be going outside!

 Chick-Fil-A night is Wednesday, January 20, 2010.  Join us between 5pm and 8pm.    Spin the wheel for $1 and receive a prize- everyone’s a winner!! 

Norristown Lacrosse will receive a portion of the total sales from that 3 hours and all of the “Spin the Wheel” proceeds

Winter Lacrosse begins Thursday, January 7th at the Norristown PAL Building . 

Practice begins at 7pm, plan to get there 10 minutes early.

Spring Registrations will be take every night during the 6-week Winter program

Registration for the winter clinic and spring season will be at the PAL center on the folowing dates:
Dec. 3rd, Dec 10th and Dec. 17th from 7-9pm
